WVPMA Fall Continuing Education Meeting Registration

With the changes this year as a result of COVID-19, the West Virginia Podiatric Medical Association fall continuing education meeting will take place on Saturday, October 3, from 8:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Those registering by Monday, September 28, will receive a Zoom invitation and any handouts at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.

  • Sadia Ali, DPM, FACFAS, practices with Village Podiatry Centers – Extremity Healthcare in Dallas, GA. She earned her DPM at New York College of Podiatric Medicine, completed her podiatric and surgery residency at University of Florida Health and holds American Board of Foot and Ankle Survery board certification.
  • Tara Cooper, Certified Professional Biller, is billing manager for West Virginia OrthoNeuro in Charleston, WV. She previously held billing and office positions with Bone and Joint Surgeons, Inc., Surgicare and Medical Claims Services in Ravenswood, WV. She earned her certification through AAPC.
  • Dustin Dillard, JD, is a member with Flaherty, Sensabaugh & Bonasso, PLLC and is based in their Charleston, WV location. He earned his B.B.A. in finance from University of Kentucky and his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law. He is a member of the Healthcare Practice Group with a specific know-how in defending claims of medical professional liability.
  • Lanie Huffman, DPM, FACFAS, ABPM, works with Achilles Podiatry Group in Indianapolis, IN. SHe graduated from the University of Iowa before graduating from Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. She completed her surgical residency at the University of Florida/Shands Jacksonville, FL. She is board certified in surgery by the ABFAS and in podiatric medicine by ABPM.
  • Vince Rago, MD, is in practice at General Anesthesia Services, Inc., in Charleston, WV. He earned his degree at the WVU School of Medicine, both trained in internal medicine and completed his residency in anedthesiology at Emory University School of Medicine of Medicine.

Any cancellation requests must be received by October 1, 2020. A $10 administrative fee will be withheld for processing. No person shall be denied registration or participation in any continuing education program provided by WVPMA for reasons of race, religion, sexual orientation, national origin or physical ability. Those registering by Monday, May 11, will receive a Zoom invitation and a handout at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. You DO NOT have to register for the Ohio meeting in order to attend the West Virginia meeting.
