APMA Webinar Recording on PPP for State Components
The US Small Business Administration, in consultation with the Treasury Department, has reopened the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) for new borrowers. Under the latest guidance, 501 C (6) organizations such as professional associations are eligible to apply for PPP funds. APMA presented a webinar with additional guidance for state component organizations, and the recording of that presentation is now available!
 

 
Update: COVID-19 Vaccine Distribution Advocacy
As previously reported, APMA wrote a letter to the National Governors Association recommending that states authorize podiatric physicians to prescribe and administer the COVID-19 vaccine. Over the past month, APMA has worked with state component societies to reach out to state policymakers. MIPS Deadlines, Resource Updates
Just a reminder to members that the 2020 MIPS PY submission deadline for those using the APMA MIPS app for their submission is February 28. Get assistance via White Glove Services. Take advantage of APMA’s MIPS 2021 Resource Page, which includes all recommended measures for DPMs to use for the 2021 MIPS PY.

 

Final Notice: CPME Call for Comment Period Closes February 15
CPME has published proposed revised versions of CPME 320 and 330. In addition to the draft documents, summary documents have been created to provide insight into the revisions made. The call for comment period related to these documents has been extended to Monday, February 15. | READ MORE >
